Will you marry me. Memorable marriage proposals.

Wedding ProposalsEvery guy wants to make a lasting impression and create a cherished memory with his wedding proposal.  Every woman wants to look back and remember how she was asked that very special question, "will you marry me?"  It's all about romance, and getting engaged is one of the greatest romantic moments a couple will share.

You have the perfect woman, the perfect ring and now you need to pop the question in the perfect way…

Every couple shares special anniversaries of the heart.  The first date, the first kiss, the first dance, sometimes even that first disagreement and making up can be a romantic experience.  Bringing these special times to mind when proposing is often a place to start.

Recreating the first date…

When T. decided to propose to E. he wanted to make it an experience she would never forget, and it certainly turned out that way.  They dated in L.A. while in college and one of their favorite places was the fountain in front of L.A.'s Symphony Hall.  After moving back to Denver he suggested a trip to California and it only seemed natural for them to return to that fountain.  That's where he decided to ask her to marry him.

Going to a place in town where you shared a special, meaningful, time is a great way to stir the romantic embers!  Even if your first date was at an amusement park, it meant something very special to you both or you wouldn't be together today.  Reliving that moment can be incredible.

Exotic Locales…

When C. asked A. to marry him he thought the perfect spot would be atop the Eiffel Tower in Las Vegas.  Looking out over the city lights was memorable in itself, and getting engaged there made it a lasting memory.

In Colorado we have so many fabulous and breathtaking places.  You are guaranteed to take her breath away if you ask her to marry you on top of a ski slope, beside Hanging Lake, in the middle of a meadow filled with yellow-gold aspens.

Surprise her when she least expects it…

J. put a note around his dog's neck, "Come down and look on the counter in the kitchen" and had the dog wake S. up from a nap.  J. had placed a beautiful engagement ring in a box that looked like a pear, along with a note "we make a great pair, don't you think?"  When S. opened the pear-shaped jewelry box  J. got down on one knee…

T. had to have help with his proposal when he hid an engagement ring in a dictionary at the UNC library.  (He had his roommate standing guard, hidden behind a bookshelf ready to spring into action if someone approached the dictionary besides the bride-to-be).  When they first met the couple had to look up a particular word in that big dictionary for a class that they shared.  T. took the chance that A. would remember what word it was, (he obviously knew her well).  He told her he "bet she had forgotten it" and she marched right over to the dictionary to prove him wrong.  Opening up to the page where the word was she broke into tears when she saw the ring and T. asked her the big question.

K. and C. were all dressed up to go out on the town.  K. told C. "you look beautiful tonight, but there is one more thing I'd like you to wear," and he handed her that special ring.

You are giving more than a ring you are giving a memory,
a symbol of your lasting love.
